Reserve your space in the Courageous Cooking School
A week-long experience at La Pitchoune, in the South of France, that will utterly change how you cook. For good.

$6,500 non-refundable deposit required to book your date. The remaining balance of $4,500 is due 90 days before your arrival date.

Inclusions:
All experiences here begin on Sundays at 3pm, and end the following Saturday at 10am. We’ll pick you up from anywhere in a 30 mile radius, and whisk you away to La Peetch by 3pm on arrival day. Nice Cote D’Azur Airport? CHECK! A hotel in Antibes? You bet. Cannes train station? Absolutely! We’ll drop you to your next destination nearby on Sunday as well.
Included in the per person price:
• 6 nights lodging in a double occupancy room (single occupancy available with additional fee). Beds are twins that can be made into King beds on request. A single supplement guarantees you a single room, with a private ensuite bathroom, to yourself.
All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
• Pick up AND drop-off from ANYWHERE within a 30 mile radius of our location. (We’ll send you details about 60 days before arrival to coordinate with our car service)
• An ‘as long as we run the online school’ membership to our online school (so you can be teacher’s pet before you arrive, and continue building your skills once you leave.)
AND to up your culinary creativity? We include two spice club memberships*; One of our BEAUTIFUL, custom linen aprons (in your choice of color); A MadeIn Chef’s Knife (the same one’s we use at the cooking school! So you can get acquainted before you arrive!); and a discount to MadeIn Cookware (for any purchase, anytime)
Exclusions? Airfare/train fare to the area; souvenirs; travel insurance (which we cannot require, but highly encourage as we do not provide refunds of any kind)

While we have a no cancellation policy, if the borders to France close again due to…whatever…we will reschedule you free of charge. We don’t have a cancellation list. All cancellations get sent to our main list.
