A few times a year, we let RecipeKick and their culinary instructors take over La Pitchoune and Simone Beck’s Bramafam for a week-long extravaganza of recipe-free, market-to-table cooking; cavorting, relaxation, and travel. Our maximum group size is 19 people, small enough to still get to know anyone you want to, and juuuust large enough to create a lot of dynamism in the group dynamics. This is what was formally called The Courageous Cooking School. BUT! With more flexibility in choices, and activities than the previous format. So yes, same staff, and very much ‘as seen on TV’ but with some updates that make it our most fun program ever.

You arrive at Cook Camp on a Saturday, and immediately start getting to picking activities. Just like a traditional American summer camp! Except your lodgings are luxury, and your activities are mostly food focused. Each day, we have four activity blocks, some on-site and some off-site.

Cook Camp is an all-inclusive experience. You just have to get yourself to camp. And the rest? We take care of for you.
