Courageous Cook Camp

Who’s this for: Solo Travelers, Couples and Friend Trips; For avid and new cooks.
When: Spring and Fall 2026, multiple weeks available
About the Program: We’ve teamed up with the RecipeKick team to offer Cook Camp at La Pitchoune and Bramafam (Simone Beck’s property). This experience features much of the ‘As Seen On TV’ experience known as the Courageous Cooking School as seen the international television show La Pitchoune: Cooking in France.
Investment: Starts at $6,500 a person for shared occupancy
Half-Day and Full Day Classes
Who’s this for: People staying in the area who want a half-day or full-day class, the class is great for seasoned and new cooks.
Group Size: Up to 7 guests, prices are per group not per person. Price is the same no matter the group size.

Half-Day Class, 5 hour Experience
$6,500
Includes a half-day cooking class which includes arrival snacks, 3 hour cooking class, family style meal (late lunch or dinner) with beverage pairings.
Full-Day Experience, 8+ hours
$10,000
You arrive to La Peetch (or we’ll pick you up) and we’ll whisk you away in our Mercedes van for a market tour, where we’ll procure all the produce and products for your class. We’ll have lunch at a local restaurant, and then bring you back for a 3 hour cooking class at La Pitchoune. What will result is a family style dinner with beverage pairings. Transportation to and from your lodging is possible subject to proximity, and staff availability.
Rosé All Day Wine Tour
We’ll meet you in Cannes or the nearby surrounds in our Mercedes Van, and take you to 2-3 wineries in the local area. You’ll take in the scenery, enjoy lunch with terrace views, try multiple varieties of local wine and more. We’ll end the evening with an Apéro hour at the La Peetch terrace for photos and a kitchen/history tour.
Investment: $600 per person, $2400 minimum. Up to 7 guests.
